What we offer
Drawings/Plan Sets
ANM provides custom designs and drawings for your future projects. Working side by side with you in designing and Drawing your specific desired vision of your project will guarantee your desired vision in your construction endeavor. We also provide complete drawings including but not limited to footings/foundation, roofing, framing and floor plans, (required structural, electrical, HVAC and other required engineering calculations and stamps needed are excluded). Note: ANM is not an architectural company.
City Building & Planning
ANM works directly with City Building & Planning with plan submittals, obtaining proper permits and coordinates with the city regarding all building inspections including completing any/all corrections necessary. Taking the daunting task of working with City Building and Planning Departments helps to relive the stress from our costumers. ANM provides these services from beginning to the end of your project, giving our valued costumers the piece of mind they deserve.
Commercial & Residential Services
The services ANM provide include Commercial project renovation, new home construction from the ground up, building accessory dwelling units (ADU) which includes garage conversions, custom room additions, custom bathroom/kitchen/residential home remodels and more. ANM ensures that each job is supervised by a qualified superintendent. ANM also verifies that each sub-contracting company is licensed and carries active required insurances. ANM ensures that each project is guaranteed to be completed as advertised.
